BCA Store Terms and Conditions
To establish an open account, you must be a BCA business member. Terms are net 30 days pending a credit card number to secure the order. No discount. The BCA reserves the right to refuse credit terms to any person or company. Invoices are mailed with each order or shortly after the shipment of your order. You will also receive a monthly statement of your account outlining your invoice and payment activity. Payment is due within 30 days of statement date.
Any account in arrears past 45 days will no longer have an open account until arrears are paid in full. The BCA reserves the right to charge a 1% monthly delinquent fee on all accounts in arrears past 30 days.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Please call the BCA if your order exceeds $500 or if special shipping arrangements are required. We will only accept foreign purchases paid by American draft in U.S. currency or by MasterCard/Visa. All other methods will be returned. You must include the foreign shipping charges located on the order form. Shipping costs apply to all products ordered from the BCA. Please allow 6 to 12 weeks for foreign deliveries.
All merchandise is carefully inspected, packed securely and delivered to the carrier in good condition. We cannot be responsible for damages occurring after your order is accepted and signed for. Promptly unpack and inspect the contents and notify the delivery agent at once if there is any damage. File a claim with the agent; please do not call the BCA. If your shipment appears to be damaged, have the delivery agent make a notation to that effect on your receipt. All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of the goods.

Our site collects only the information necessary to process your online transaction and safely ship products to the destination of your choice. From time to time, we may use your information in our own marketing efforts, but at no time will we share, sell or divulge any of our customer’s data.
